The benefits of MedTool One
MedTool One is the only self-treatment device that addresses the root cause of cochlear tinnitus. In this type of tinnitus, cold laser biostimulation induces a regenerative and anti-inflammatory process on the hair cells in the cochlea, which return them to their mechanoelectrical function.
Our story
MedTools Solutions was founded by a group of individuals with over 20 years of experience developing low-dose laser medical devices, with a particular focus on research into the effects of hair cell biostimulation. Their expertise spans medical and scientific fields, developed through long-standing collaborations with experienced physicians, as well as with leading clinics and institutions. This expertise is then complemented by technological engineering skills, enabling them to design and build increasingly innovative and effective devices.
Studies conducted several years ago by the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan and the Piacenza Hospital, along with other international studies, have amply demonstrated that many subjects suffering from tinnitus of varying intensity, even those with severe conditions, experienced benefits. This has prompted the company to continue developing LLLT technology and bring a wearable device for self-treatment back to the market. MedTools Solutions is and will continue to invest in improving these devices, with the goal of maximizing treatment effectiveness, both through medical devices used in hospitals and private practices, and through Class 2 medical devices for home use.
